Basic Features

Tabs

Menus are at the bottom of the screen. Set a date range in the "Action" menu to view Assignments and Signups in that range. The "Overtime" tab has its own date range.

Assn

Your assignments are listed as soon as the class lead or supervisor selected you to work a shift.

  • Confirm the assignment by checking the box
  • Default range is 10 days prior and 60 days from current date. You can change the range in the "Actions" menu.
Signup

Choose the shifts and roles to work. All Sessions from classes you're authorized to work are listed.

  • Sessions on your furloughs have a red date in the Icon.
  • Default range is 10 days prior and 60 days from current date. You can change in the "Actions" menu.
  • You can filter the available sessions by class.
Info

Manage your information and defaults settings.

OT

If you're on an Overtime Event Summary, it's listed.

  • You can change information just like an event summary up until it's submitted.
  • You should verify your information during each class.
  • You can sign, or just use a previously entered signature. Using your signature requires your password.
  • Default range is 30 days prior to current date.
  • You can select a range of OT by pay period, or select your own range.
  • View a summarized list OT in a range of dates to compare to your statement.
Doc

Documents from current classes can be viewed or downloaded. PDF versions of ISDM's, PowerPoints, station cards, etc. Prepare for your session

Ap

Supervisors have access to an Approval Que for submitting documentation and overtime.

Limitations

  • Currently, only three users can be signed in simultaneously. This number will increase in the future. It's important you log out when you're done using the app by selecting Quit Clarionist from the Actions menu at the bottom of the screen.
  • Clarionist will run in a web browser on Android devices.
